1. OUR SERVICES

The Services are designed for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are prohibited from using or registering for the Services. Access and use must comply with local laws.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including content, designs, and trademarks ("Marks"). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for internal business purposes only.

Subscriptions are billed as agreed with the account manager. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

  • Access the Services through automated means.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.

7. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

Contributions submitted to the Services must comply with applicable laws and not infringe on third-party rights.

8. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You retain ownership of your contributions but grant us a license to use them for service functionality and improvement.

10. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to manage, suspend, or terminate the Services at our discretion. Access to compute resources is not unlimited, and we may impose restrictions on data usage or system resources at our sole discretion to ensure optimal performance and fair usage for all users of AutoBid and Historian. This includes, but is not limited to, limiting excessive queries, API requests, or storage usage that may impact system performance.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

12. TERM AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these terms or applicable laws.

13. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

The Services may change or experience interruptions at any time without notice.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kent, Delaware, unless otherwise specified.

The Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
